    yes if you are playing single player you can or hosting a game but if you are a server playing / owner you can not host any maps larger that 4096

    the game is supposed to be played how ever u want to play its your game and has no set rules and no one to tell u what u have to do

    right now with map size being locked at 4096 map seeds dont matter maps to small for a good seed in my opinion
