You have seen plenty of games where the console xbox version is released and the Xbox pc app version isn't? I would get if it were both 

It hasn't been released on the Xbox app on pc. So obviously not all. A tad ridiculous that it's been a month and they get this fixed. I don't believe it's on Microsoft as I've never seen this happen before with any game 

The Xbox console is already updated just not the pc xbox app, which is why it's odd this has taken so long. I don't believe you can roll back on Xbox, if so can someone share how? The world I'm playing on is dead in the water as half of the people were playing on Xbox but the host was xbox app...
