PC V3.0 Sandbox Siege Dev Diary

Faatal hasnt been online in a while, maybe they put a muffle on him because he was spoiling too much on the forums 😂
Actually, @faatal was last seen last Tuesday at 11:34 AM, but I don't think he posted anything.
So, he does check the forums every now and then, but as you said, maybe he cannot really answer any of the posts he might have read. It's also known that he's always very busy with many different things to improve, change, fix and some new features we might not even know about yet.

I hope he's doing alright. Maybe he could just post saying all is well but that he's just very busy. He's always been very nice, trying answer questions and comments in the past and I thank him very much for that and have a lot of respect for the guy. (y)

My guess is, because the takeover by Behaviour, they cannot really make any announcements until they finalize plans for the future of the game.
We already know about 3.0 and 4.0; the rest is uncertain at this point (like story mode... 5.0, 6.0...? Who knows!)

One thing for sure; we cannot take for granted any old roadmap and such as things have or might change because of the acquisition by Behaviour Interactive... What kind of behaviour is that!?! 😁 (Kidding as I'm sure TFP will still make the game they want)
I think you forgot to mention they have their noses to the grindstone. There's still quite a lot yet to come. I wouldn't be surprised if they're ironing out a new roadmap to share, preferably without dates this time. ;)

Somebody give us something! PLZ... Youd figure Behavior would have at least made some kind of an announcement by now, Shiiiii.
well...they kinda did...you'd just have to go looking somewhere else for it. lol.

Towards the end of their announcement, Behavior said that, "We are still in the early stages of integration, so we are not ready to talk about specifics, but, in the meantime, 7 days to die will continue to be supported and updated as planned. The team remains focused on expanding the survival sandbox experience. We are working on accelerating some of those efforts at Behaviour, But, those things will take some time."

I get your frustration...and right now, who do/could you hold responsible? looks like everybody involved did their due dilegence on the deal, but, didn't bother to hash out a work plan, or a PR strategy, while they were at it, but, that's just my opinion.
