 I had been waiting for 1.5005 years

fixed it to include the extra three days.

People it has been said repeatedly that they weren't even having a meeting until 12:00 CST to address the state of the release and see if it was ready, and then it will take hours to push the update out.

It's literally been 20 minutes, go eat lunch, take a poop, take a shower, then take a nap. All in that order, and A20 will almost certainly be out after you wake up in a better mood with less tension. Earliest safe estimate is probably 2:00 CST, more realistic is probably 5pm or later

I get it sucks to wait another week, but since you've been waiting 1.5 years what is 1 more week. That is like 1.2% of the time you've waited.

So so excited! Thank you TFP for working hard on this! I've been pestering my boyfriend to keep checking steam out of impatience while I strategize our build and characters. And by strategizing, I mean he is going to carry us through horde night while I spend my time making the most aesthetically pleasing base, complete with rescued potted plants

LOL bro the deadline was 12:00, no excuses,

There was no 12:00 pm CST deadline.

The only 12:00 pm CST mention was the meeting to discuss the experimental release of Alpha 20.  The best estimate we got was from Roland who said he hopes it would be similar to Alpha 19 where it was released a few hours after their meeting. 

And I even tracked down the post for you





It's about 13 posts down, or Roland's second post in that thread.

Haven't started playing yet (downloading now) but watched the streaming weekend and wanted to say this Alpha looks amazing!
