yep that look more appropriate than the fallout 3 inspired frostclaw.
We dont know the final storyline of the game but there are still multiple newspaper and other hints at viruses some of nukes. the plague spitter and frostclaw seem out of place with all the other zombies..

are they ever going to stop the cop spitting out the back of his head?

The cop doesn't spit like a sprinkler. It spits in one directional stream. That's why it is so easy to simply sidestep. Fixing the animation and visual jank of where the spit leaves the cop's head isn't going to change how the spit travels.

Thinking about it, I kind of do wish the cop would pivot a bit as he spit so that there would be a large swath of vomit making it tougher to dodge if you were caught within the radius. But as of now he stops and spits while stationary.
 
I like the wound on his chest from the bear. It adds to the zombie's story, suggesting he was relaxing or working in the snow somewhere and was mauled by a bear. His clothes look warm and appropriate for winter, but would also fit in with other locations and biomes. Great work with the design and environments. But I would like to keep the Plague Spitter and Frostclaw in the game, even if they appear very rarely in the desert and winter biomes as minibosses. They would always drop a red bag, and it would be cool to add achievements: Bigfoot - find and destroy Frostclaw, Pharaoh - find and destroy Plague Spitter
 
I like the look cuz he could have been a survivor out in the snow, a hunter or a worker in the snow

I would love if they both could if we could rarely the find in normal version is other biomes.

And then they rare version like the desert plauge spitter and snowy frostclaw. Are rare for their biomes with new abiltys but again. Very rare.
 
I like the look of the frostclaw and spitter now, but yeah, not really a look for this games setting! New ones are fine
BUT...no story line has been finalized, could be rare spawns...lab creations, accidental mutations etc...set up as spawning in certain poi's etc...like the big giant pig! not a giant cop zombie!
To bad we couldn't have ALL the different zombies, bees, etc we have had in the past...stripper, farmer, football player etc
AND a higher zombie total, but I can imagine the strain that would put on the average potato pc-steam machine lol

I really liked your estimate from 2 weeks ago. Can you tell us your latest estimate, if possible. It's always nice to get your assessment on the progress. Thank you.
 
I agree with others above, keep all the zombies in game, just make the plague spitter & frost claw more rare.
Have them spawn in Karen higashi's house, area 7, etc.

Those models look amazing, be a shame to just toss em out.

& Bring back the topless stripper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤤
