Pimp hat Twitch drop

There should be more streamers to watch than the 2 single people we need to watch to get the hat drop...

So far in a whole week, there has been 1 single stream to obtain this hat, a 2-3 hour stream missed by many people because of time zone differences and people sleeping and having to work.

Fubar has streamed once and has missed other days he was meant to stream on his schedule

The other streamer is name "Zacktfp" and has not streamed the game at all..

There is one other person streaming Blood Moons called "BallsyPlay" but that stream has no drop to it, maybe this person can be added to the 2 man list of streamers to obtain the hat?

Either way this whole process for this hat drop has been really poor and it needs addressing before the closing date on the 28th July, please add more streamers to the list or make the 2 single streamers actually play the game more?

I think Fubar will be streaming over the weekend so there should be more opportunities to get the hat.
Thanks for the reply, but "think" and "should" is not really good enough, TFP's team need to be more clearer on how to obtain the hat and they need to add more streamers to the 2 man list and have them stream for longer hours, that simple really, making the hat near impossible to obtain is not the way to do things and it's not fair for people in different time zones.

I understand. Hopefully you will get your hat :)

Also, for reference...

If anyone is having an issue obtaining the hat, the discussion for that is over here.

That link doesn't really help if there are no streams to obtain the hat, we need to watch a stream for 30 minutes but no one is streaming, I'm trying to find out exact times of the next streams from the 2 selected streamers, "Fubar and Zacktfp", Zacktfp has no schedule that I can find and has not streamed the game and Fubar has streamed once for a 2-3 hours and has missed the last penned in scheduled stream, I'm also trying to find out will any other streamers be added to the 2 current streamers, to give people a reasonable chance to obtain the hat, before the 28th of July.

So.. I waited up again to 3am Europe time for Fubar to stream blood moons on Twitch, he streamed last night, but not blood moons, he streamed Donkey Kong......... so no chance at the drop!. In a whole week there has been 1 single short 2-3 hour stream where we could get a chance at the hat drop...

This needs addressing/fixing before the closing date on the 28th, this whole Twitch drop process has been done so poorly and clearly not much thought has gone into it.. But more streamers need to be added to this 2 man list of streamers who just won't play blood moons..

At least give us a chance at this drop...

TFP thinks it's just a funny little hat:)
AI thinks there more to the hat than just being funny
A pimp hat, typically a wide-brimmed fedora or similar style hat often adorned with feathers, bands, or other flashy decorations, has several cultural significances:

Historical Context: The stereotypical "pimp hat" became associated with pimps in urban America, particularly from the 1970s onward. It was part of a flamboyant dress code that included flashy suits, jewelry, and accessories meant to project wealth and status.

Cultural Symbolism: The hat represents ostentatious display of success and power within certain subcultures. It's meant to communicate dominance, wealth, and control - key elements of the pimp persona as portrayed in media and street culture.

Pop Culture Impact: The pimp hat became a recognizable symbol through blaxploitation films, hip-hop culture, and comedy. Movies like "Dolemite" and later parodies helped cement its place in American cultural imagery. It's often used as shorthand for a certain type of over-the-top, flashy character.

Fashion Statement: Beyond its criminal associations, the style has been adopted in fashion and costume contexts as a symbol of boldness, confidence, or vintage flair. It appears in everything from Halloween costumes to theatrical productions.

Social Commentary: The hat can represent both the glamorization and critique of street culture, depending on context. It's sometimes used to comment on materialism, power dynamics, or urban social structures.

The significance varies greatly depending on who's wearing it and in what context - from serious cultural expression to parody to fashion statement.

Would it be possible for TFP to come by a record of everyone who properly attempted to get the all-important, virtual hat? Then, they could make a list, check it twice and find out who's been naughty or nice.

TFP at it again. It seems they announced a new date for a stream. But only on Twitter. WTF? JHow hard is it to copy and paste and make that announcement on the homepage, steam and the official forums? Takes like 5mins. And the forum even has it´s own subforum for this. Use it TFP.

Anyways it´s Monday July 21st at 9pm Central.

Supposedly with "slightly better audio".

I'm not holding my breath. I'll watch it, but only because I was interested in hearing what they had to say about Blood Moons in the first video but couldn't because TFP apparently doesn't know how to do set prep before doing a video.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense that they don't have audio issues sorted out before streaming. It makes them look really bad and doesn't take long to test things ahead of the stream to make sure everything is working properly.

@SylenThunder The fact that people simply won´t know about this because they are lazy is far more important. It´s literally just a few mins to post it here and on steam after posting it on twitter/X. Especially because it´s X and many left that platform for reasons we can´t talk about here.

Sure sucks if the audio is bad, but most people won´t really watch it anyways. 160p, muted in the background is what i did.

It's bad enough the twitch drop was/is so screwed up (watch time not counting, linking and claiming problems) but it's sort of forgivable as it was the first time. What's not forgivable is not making a bigger effort to give more people a chance to get it. Fubar had scheduled streams but then didn't stream or streamed other things apparently. And now there is a poorly advertised repeat of the dev stream. And that's not forgivable either. They've been doing dev streams for years and they are always FUBARed. They should hire a 12 year old to set things up for them.
