That walk/sprint toggle on PC key is driving me nuts

Obviously pretty easy, despite having no intention, to double tap that puppy, then consciously have to unlock it so your avatar will stop running into places it probably shouldn't be running. I blame the limited number of buttons on console controllers. ;)

Can anyone point me to where I should look to modify that toggle? I'd much prefer to have them on separate keys.

in options under keyboard i think it is
 
Not exactly what I meant. I don't want to set a single key to toggle, hold, autorun. I want to mod it so sprint is on a separate key altogether.
